Tipper semitrailer is the improvement of normal dump trucks, the customized heavy duty transport equipment with self discharging function, which also know as dump semitrailer, tipper lorry trailer, etc. Dumper semitrailer consist of trailer device and tipper body device, hydraulic oil tanker, hydraulic oil cylinder, control valve and pipeline matched working together to realize the heavy goods carriage and transportation function. Compared with normal dump truck, dumper semitrailer have advantage of loading more and driving longer.

Dumper Body: Which is the carrier of heavy goods, including sand, rock, coal, powder, etc. Build on international high strength steel, carbon steel, hardox steel, aluminum alloy material, customized thickness for side and floor range from 3mm to 20mm. As for shape design, normally is square model with reinforced frame by channel steel, also can customized with U shape and channel frame, all to guarantee tipper body more stronger and convenient for usage.

Discharge Method: Tipper semitrailers are normally lifting up for rear discharging, and the rear door with mechanical lock to open and close. Also CS TRUCKS dump lorry trailer can be customized for side discharge, both left side or right side is optional, to meet different customers special requirement.

Safety Device: Dumper semitrailer equipped with safety fence on two sides and rear. There are 2 spare tire can guarantee longer distance service, and we can customize hydraulic model curtain to cover whole semitrailer, which efficiently avoid second pollution during delivery. Customized LED light at all around trailer to make working more safety.
