The HOWO concrete mixer truck also called HOWO cement mixer truck,HOWO transit mixer truck,is built on the foundation of the Sinotruk HOWO chassis and equipped with a robust power system, offering strong load-bearing capacity. Its mixing drum is crafted from high-strength, wear-resistant alloy steel, with wear-resistant strips added to the blades to ensure uniform mixing and a low unloading residue rate (≤1%). The complete vehicle accomplishes mixing operations through integrated components such as the hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic motor,reducer, radiator, mixing drum, control mechanism, and cleaning system.

Main Components Introduction

1. Hydraulic Oil Pump: As the power source of the hydraulic system, it converts the engine's mechanical energy into hydraulic energy, providing a stable flow and pressure for the motor. Commonly used brands include Eaton/Danfoss (USA), Rexroth, and PMP (Italy).

2. Hydraulic Motor: Responsible for converting the hydraulic energy provided by the hydraulic oil pump back into mechanical energy, outputting rotational power to drive the reducer, thereby driving the agitator to rotate. Commonly used brands include Eaton/Danfoss (USA), Rexroth（Germany）, and PMP(Italy).

3. Reducer: A key component connecting the hydraulic motor and the agitator, employing a planetary gear transmission structure to convert the high-speed rotation of the hydraulic motor into a low-speed, high-torque output, driving the agitator to rotate at a uniform speed. Commonly used brands include PMP, TOP, and Bonfiglioli (Italy).

4. Radiator: The radiator (or cooler) reduces the temperature of the hydraulic oil, ensuring the hydraulic system operates normally within a suitable temperature range, preventing premature oil aging, and ensuring reliable continuous operation. Commonly used Chinese brand radiators.
