Howo chassis Fuel Trucks (also known as Howo mobile refueling trucks, Oil tank trucks Howo, Howo oil transport trucks, oil tankers, Howo oil loading trucks, oil hauling trucks, and edible oil transport trucks) are primarily used for transporting and storing petroleum derivatives (such as gasoline, diesel, crude oil, lubricants, and coal tar).
 
Our Howo fuel trucks depending on their application and operating environment, they offer a variety of refueling or oil transportation functions, including oil suction, oil pumping, and various oil distribution functions. The specialized components of an oil tanker truck consist of the tank body, power take-off (PTO), drive shaft, gear oil pump, and piping system. The piping system includes an oil pump, three-way four-position ball valve, two-way ball valve, filter, and piping.

How to use and operate Howo Fuel Bowser?

Fuel Truck Pipeline System: There are mainly below 4 parts for fuel truck pipeline system.
CENSTAR Fuel Dispenser：Consists of Fuel inlet & out valve, Fuel gun and electric system
Fuel Pump: 80YHCB-60 fuel pump, provide power for fuel inlet & outlet of tank
Multi-Function Valves: Fuel Inlet Valve, Fuel Outlet Valve & Three-Way Ball Valve
Fuel Pipeline: Multiply fuel pipeline service for fuel transportation

Step by Step to Operate Howo Fuel Tanker Trucks


The Schedule of Pumping-In Course: open Fuel Inlet Valve, close Fuel Outlet Valve, and the spot of Three-Way Ball Valve pointing to LEFT (Means the Three-Way Ball Valve Right Opened), close the Double-Way Valve (which connect the Fuel Dispenser), open the Submarine Emergency Valve. Then oil sucked into the pump through Fuel Inlet Valve under negative pressure of fuel pump, then into the fuel tank. Details showing as below chart.

The Schedule of Pumping-Out Course: open Fuel Outlet Valve, close Fuel Inlet Valve, and the spot of Three-Way Ball Valve pointing to RIGHT (Means the Three-Way Ball Valve Left Opened), close the Double-Way Valve (which connect the Fuel Dispenser), open the Submarine Emergency Valve. Then oil pumping-out the fuel pump through Submarine Emergency Valve under negative pressure of fuel pump, then out of the fuel tank through Fuel Outlet Valve. Details showing as below chart.

The Schedule of Refueling Course: close Fuel Inlet Valve and Fuel Outlet Valve, and the spot of Three-Way Ball Valve pointing to outside (Means left & right side is open), open the Double-Way Valve (which connect the Fuel Dispenser), open the Submarine Emergency Valve. Then oil can be pumping-into the CENSTAR Fuel Dispenser through Double-Way Valve under pressure of fuel pump. Then you can operate the Fuel Dispenser to refuel all trucks. 1, HOWO Light Oil Tankers: Transport low-viscosity oils such as gasoline and diesel. Tanks are typically single-compartment designs.
