Acid Tanker Semitrailer

Acid tanker semitrailer is also called chemical liquid tank semitrailer, V shape 98% sulfuric acid tanker semitrailer, which specially designed as round tanker, with internal plastic lining, matched pump system can be mounted on tractor device, the customized #50 or #90 traction pin are matched with prime mover saddle. And tanker semitrailer can be used to transport multiple chemical liquid, including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, alcohol, nitric acid, dilute nitric acid, toluene, etc.

 

Acid tank semitrailer can be customized and made of normal carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with plastic, carbon steel with rotational molding, fiberglass material, PP (Polypropylene), aluminum alloy, etc. Customized tanker capacity can be 20,000Litres to 60,000Liters, with baffles inside for prevention of longitudinal wave during safety transportation. Equipped with multiple valves for pump in and pump out function, also full sets LED safety warning lamps all around trailer. All make sulfuric acid tanker semitrailer an ideal trailer for acid transportation and widely export in Africa in Zambia, DR Congo, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Guinea, etc.
