The tank is made of 8mm high-strength Q420R steel plates, with the heads constructed from 16MnDR material. It has a design pressure of 1.27 MPa and a working pressure of 1.2 MPa, featuring dual-side loading and unloading capabilities. The vehicle is equipped with dual aluminum alloy valve boxes, an emergency shut-off valve, liquid level and pressure monitoring systems, as well as anti-static grounding straps and fire suppression devices to ensure safe and reliable chemical transportation.

The CS TRUCKS 40000L acid tank trailer adopts a tri-axle structure, equipped with 13-ton FUWA axles, air suspension, and an EBS system to enhance driving stability.
