1. Tank material: 

 

♦ Q370R is a low-alloy high-strength steel with a yield strength of 370MPa, which is specially used for pressure vessels.

♦ It has excellent strength, good plasticity and toughness, excellent welding performance and cold crack resistance.

♦ Compared with the commonly used Q345R, it can reduce weight at the same design pressure (or withstand higher pressure at the same thickness) and improve structural efficiency. This directly improves the pressure bearing capacity (1.61MPa) . 

 

2. Design pressure (1.61MPa): 

 

♦ This design pressure is at a relatively high level among mobile tank trucks. It is much higher than the normal working pressure required for diesel transportation (usually far below 1MPa), which provides a huge safety margin.

 

♦ When the pressure in the tank increases instantly due to abnormal conditions (such as high temperature exposure, rapid loading and unloading, and accidental impact), it can effectively ensure that the tank will not fail.

 

3. Steel thickness (8.0mm): 

 

♦ 8.0mm steel thickness combined with Q370R material is reasonable and robust for 40CBM tank under 1.61MPa design pressure.

 

♦ Accurate strength calculation (including static pressure, dynamic pressure, external pressure stability, etc.)
