It is equipped with a loading tank (primarily for loading powdered and granular materials, with a welded external ladder and a walkway, lifting lugs, observation holes, and a level meter welded to the tank top), a suction device, a discharge device, a filtration system (filter bags), and a tail-end operating system. It is equipped with a YIFENG SK-15 vacuum pump and a BDW-10/2 air compressor.

» Ⅲ. Product Main structural components

1. Transport Tank Assembly
The transport tank assembly consists of the loading tank body and the suction and discharge devices installed on it.
• The loading tank body is a cylindrical container with sealed ends. A "straight" fluidizer is installed at the bottom of the tank, primarily for loading powdered and granular materials. An external ladder is welded to the tank body, and a walkway, lifting lugs, observation holes, and a material level meter are welded to the top.
• The suction device is installed above the rear end of the loading tank. It is controlled by a suction valve and connected to the on-site suction hose via a quick connector.

2. Filtration System
• The material passes through the cyclonic bend inside the tank body for initial separation and sedimentation within the loading tank. It then passes through the filter chamber for secondary filtration. This dual-stage filtration ensures that the final exhaust air meets environmental standards.
• The dust remaining in the filter chamber is discharged through a bottom channel and, when the loading tank is lifted, is discharged through the discharge port at the rear of the loading tank using positive pressure.
• Accumulated dust on the bags is removed using high-pressure backflush, with an optional automatic negative-pressure air supply. Note: When loading materials requiring inert gas protection, the onboard air compressor and automatic negative-pressure bagging are prohibited (manual bagging with an external nitrogen source is acceptable). Only a ground nitrogen source can be used.

3. Air Piping System
• The air piping system primarily provides compressed air for positive-pressure unloading. The compressed air comes from the onboard air compressor or an external air source.
• The air piping system primarily consists of a main air line and a distribution air line. The air line is equipped with an external air source quick-connect (DN50 male end) for connection to a ground air source.

4. Self-Dumping Mechanism
A self-dumping mechanism is installed at the rear of the loading tank. The self-dumping mechanism is equipped with a discharge port (DN125 valve, DN100 male end) for positive-pressure unloading.
5. Powertrain
The suction and pressure conveying vehicle is equipped with three power units. Negative pressure suction is powered by a vacuum pump; positive pressure pneumatic discharge is powered by an onboard air compressor or an external ground air source; hydraulic lift is powered by a hydraulic oil pump.

6. Operating System
The suction and pressure conveyor truck's operating control system utilizes program control, instrument display, and centralized operation. A dual programmable and manual control system is optional.

» Ⅳ. Working Principle
HOWO suction and pressure conveyor trucks have two main functions: negative pressure suction and positive pressure discharge.
The negative pressure suction function uses a vacuum pump to create negative pressure in the tank on the truck, which then draws the material to be transported into the tank. The positive pressure discharge function uses an onboard air compressor or an external air source to pressurize the tank. Through the fluidization structure within the tank and the hydraulic lift cylinder, the material is pressure-transferred to a silo at a specified height.
» Ⅴ. How it works
● Negative Pressure Material Suction
This system handles the in-plant transfer of dusty materials from ironmaking, steelmaking, sintering, coking, smelting, desiliconization, desulfurization, dephosphorization, and converter dust removal. When a vehicle arrives at the feed silo, the vehicle's vacuum suction system is activated, sucking the material into the vehicle's onboard tank via the ground-based feed system.
● Positive Pressure Pneumatic Discharge
When a vehicle arrives at the receiving silo, the vehicle's pressure discharge system is activated, discharging the material from the vehicle's onboard tank into the receiving silo via the ground-based receiving system. The entire suction, transport, and discharge process is carried out under closed conditions, preventing dust from escaping and dispersing, meeting environmental standards. The vehicle's pressure discharge system utilizes onboard compressed air.
