The HOWO TX dry vacuum tank truck is a versatile vehicle designed for transporting powdered and granular materials. Equipped with a 350-horsepower Sinotruk MC07H engine and an HW15710L transmission, the truck has a total tank capacity of 25 cubic meters and transports fly ash with a density of 0.48 tons per cubic meter. The truck is equipped with a tank, vacuum pump, air compressor, lifting cylinder, filtration system, hydraulic outriggers, suction and discharge piping, and other specialized equipment.

It utilizes a dual-mode vacuum suction and pressure discharge system, utilizing negative pressure suction from the vacuum pump and positive pressure discharge from the screw compressor for efficient material transport. The truck's upper body features a dual filtration system consisting of a multi-layer bag filter and a cyclone separator, achieving a dust removal efficiency of 99.9%. An electronic control box at the rear controls operations and monitors the pressure gauge and tachometer. It is suitable for transporting powdered materials such as cement and fly ash, as well as for collecting industrial waste.

» Ⅳ. Working Principle

The vehicle utilizes the vacuum pump to generate negative pressure to vacuum-tightly draw powdered and granular materials into the tank. A dust removal and filtration system separates and removes the mixed airflow of secondary pollutants. After the tank is lifted, the air compressor generates positive pressure during discharge, discharging the secondary pollutants into a dedicated storage container through a closed, high-pressure discharge method. The entire operation is carried out in a closed state to avoid contamination of the atmosphere. The top of the tank is sealed and cannot be slotted, and the rear cannot be opened.
