It is equipped with a Weichai WP12.400E201 engine and a Sinotruk HW19710 transmission. The superstructure is a PALFINGER T26 26-ton hooklift unit, capable of carrying a carbon steel garbage bin with dimensions of 6500x2350x1500mm. The front of the hooklift unit features an automatic tarpaulin system that can cover the garbage bin from both the front and rear.
