The HOWO 4x4 all-wheel drive troop carrier truck is modified on the HOWO light truck 1880 row semi-all-wheel drive chassis, with a wheelbase of 3360mm, equipped with a Weichai WP3NQ140E50 engine and a WLY6G120 gearbox. The upper body is a box with two rows of long seats that can accommodate 15 soldiers. There are long windows on both sides of the vehicle and a small window on the tailgate. There is also a single door on the right side of the vehicle and a double door on the tailgate for getting on and off. The car is equipped with air conditioning.
