HOWO Road construction machinery for asphalt emulsion spraying

The HOWO 8x4 18 cubic meter asphalt spreader is modified based on the HOWO TX-W 8X4 cab chassis. It has an 1800+3800+1350mm wheelbase, is equipped with a MC07H.35-60 engine, and an HW13709XSTC2 gearbox. The upper part is an 18 cubic meter asphalt tank that can be loaded with emulsified asphalt and hot asphalt. It is equipped with an intelligent RY40-25-160 air-cooled hot oil pump and 36 asphalt nozzles at the rear. The spraying width is 6m and the spraying volume is 0.2-3 kg/m². It also has an imported diesel burner (calorific value: 10×10⁴kcal/h), automatic thermal oil heating, and an intelligent computer control in the cab (Siemens, Germany).

The HOWO 4x2 8-cubic-meter asphalt distributor is a modified HOWO HW76 cab chassis with a 4600mm wheelbase. It is equipped with a WP10.300E22 engine and an HW19710 gearbox. The upper part is an 8-cubic-meter asphalt tank, equipped with an intelligent RCB38/0.6-80F asphalt insulation pump, 36 asphalt nozzles at the rear, a spray width of 6m, a spray volume of 0.2-3 kg/m², an imported diesel burner (calorific value: 10×10⁴kcal/h), automatic thermal oil heating, intelligent computer control in the cab, and an auxiliary generator set.
