8cbm garbage refuse truck bodies (also called 8cbm rear loader garbage truck upper body, waste compaction truck superstructure, rear loader watse collection truck kit, garbage compactor truck superstructure, trash compactor truck upper body kit, rear loader compactor truck upper body,etc.) is a new type of sanitation vehicle specially used for collecting, transferring and removing garbage, The upper body is a 8cbm garbage bin,rear is a bucket flip mechanism,there are 3 methods to operation the truck loading and unloading.

This vehicle adopts electro-hydraulic control valves and PLC programmable control technology, which integrates the advantages of electronic control and hydraulic control. The working principle of a rear loader garbage truck upper body mainly consists of three stages: loading, compression, and unloading.

1. Garbage is fed into the loading port of the upper body through the rear tipping mechanism, and then pushed into the compression container by a pusher or scraper.

2. The hydraulic system activates the compression device, driving the compression plate back and forth via hydraulic cylinders. This powerfully compresses the garbage and pushes it into the storage container, significantly reducing its volume and increasing the loading capacity. The entire process is automated by an electro-hydraulic combined control system, with the electronic control system and hydraulic system working in coordination to ensure accurate, safe, and reliable operation.

3. When the truck is full, it arrives at the unloading point. The hydraulic system drives the pusher plate to move backward, pushing the compressed garbage out as a whole, completing the unloading process and achieving efficient and environmentally friendly garbage collection and transportation.

The operation control box is installed in the cab and at the rear of the vehicle. 

The operation control box in the cab can control the pushing and unloading and select the operation mode (such as automatic or manual), and the operation control box at the rear of the vehicle controls the operation of the pressing and filling mechanism and the barrel turning mechanism. It is very convenient to use and operate. Especially in landfills, operators can complete unloading and sewage discharge without getting off the vehicle.
