The hydraulic system innovatively adopts a dual-pump redundant configuration. The main pump is responsible for lifting the box and opening and closing the rear door, and the auxiliary pump is dedicated to the compression push plate movement. This division of labor mode can not only ensure the rapid compaction of 8-10 cubic meters of garbage, but also prevent accidental sliding during the lifting process through the two-way balancing valve.

The slide and scraper assembly are driven by a Fujian Shanyou hydraulic cylinder, utilizing a single Wanye pump system for continuous compression, ensuring a single cycle time of under 30 seconds. The hydraulic system innovatively utilizes a dual-pump redundant configuration: the primary pump handles the truck's lifting and rear door opening and closing, while the secondary pump provides dedicated movement for the compression pusher. This division of labor ensures rapid compaction of 8-10 cubic meters of garbage while also preventing unintended slippage during lifting thanks to a two-way balancing valve.

The electronic control system integrates a Siemens PLC and a German Eaton operating panel, supporting one-touch operation from the cab, manual control from the rear, and wireless remote control. Its photoelectric sensing technology automatically identifies the position of the loader, ensuring that the hydraulic mechanism operates within a safe range. The sewage collection system utilizes a dual-tank design, with the primary tank located below the loader and the secondary tank integrated into the chassis frame. These systems are connected by sealed pipes to create negative pressure diversion, and, combined with imported EPDM sealing strips, achieve 100% leachate recovery.
