The cargo box is welded from high-strength steel plates, articulated at the front to the frame, and the rear can be hydraulically opened or features an automatic locking hook mechanism to ensure a tight seal during transport. The hydraulic system comprises an oil pump, multi-stage hydraulic cylinder, control valve, and fuel tank. Lifting and lowering of the cargo box are controlled via a joystick inside the cab.

1. Hydraulic Lifting Power Core

●The Howo construction dump truck uses a hydraulic system to raise and lower the cargo box.

●The engine drives the hydraulic pump, converting mechanical energy into hydraulic oil pressure. This high-pressure oil enters the hydraulic cylinder through a control valve, pushing the piston rod to extend, causing the cargo box to tilt upward around the hinge point, completing the unloading operation.

●During descent, the hydraulic oil returns to the tank through the return line, and the cargo box returns to its original position under its own weight. The hydraulic system features pressure regulation and self-locking functions, ensuring smooth lifting and reliable stopping.

2. Cargo Box Structure Adapted for Unloading

●The cargo box features a tilting design, with the front hinged to the vehicle frame and the rear supported by hydraulic cylinders. The bottom of the box is sloped. During unloading, the hydraulic cylinders lift the front of the box, creating a tilt angle of approximately 50°. The cargo slides quickly down the slope under the influence of gravity.
