» Ⅳ. Work Principle:
The Howo 5 cbm transit mixer drum truck is powered by the chassis engine, which drives a hydraulic pump through the transfer case. Pressurized hydraulic oil is then pumped to the hydraulic motor, driving the reducer, which in turn drives the mixing tank to continuously rotate. The tank's internal double-logarithmic spiral blades generate centripetal force and thrust during rotation, forcing the concrete along a spiral trajectory, preventing segregation and achieving uniform mixing. During the loading phase, the tank rotates rapidly to accelerate loading. During transport, it maintains a low forward rotation speed to prevent the concrete from solidifying. During discharge, the tank tilts and reverses at high speed, using the spiral blades to push the concrete to the discharge port. A pneumatic water supply system is then used to clean the tank interior. The entire process is controlled by a coordinated hydraulic system and mechanical structure, ensuring continuous and uniform concrete mixing from mixing to discharge.
