Chassis Configuration
• Utilizes Sinotruk's proven HW76 6x4 heavy-duty chassis
• Large wheelbase of 4325mm + 1350mm
• Equipped with a Weichai WP10.340E22 engine, 340HP/250kW, peak torque of 1400Nm, 9.726L displacement, and Euro 2 emissions
• Equipped with a Sinotruk HW19710 10-speed manual transmission, featuring a wide first gear ratio, easy starting under heavy loads, and a well-balanced gear range.
Upper System
1. Mixing Tank:
• Geometric volume 16.2 m³, effective volume 10 m³, constructed of high-strength Q355 manganese steel, offering excellent wear and impact resistance. Tank wall thickness is 5 mm, with the head (front and rear ends) thickened to 6 mm. The mixing blades are 4 mm thick.
• The mixing drum has a 12° inclination, a feed rate ≥ 3 m³/min, a discharge rate ≥ 2 m³/min, and a discharge residual rate ≤ 1%.
• During rotation, the concrete moves along the spiral direction of the blades, mixing and stirring the concrete through continuous lifting and stirring.
• During charge and transport, the mixing drum rotates forward, moving the concrete inward along the blades.
• During discharge, the drum rotates reversely, discharging the concrete outward along the blades.
2. Hydraulic System:
• Reducer: Utilizing a technologically proven Italian PMP reducer, the hydraulic system reduces the motor's output speed before transmitting it to the mixer drum.
• Hydraulic System: The core pump and motor utilize Eaton brand technology from the United States, offering stable performance, high efficiency, precise control, and a very low failure rate. Engine power extracted through the power take-off is converted into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), which is then output through the motor as mechanical energy (speed and torque), powering the mixer drum.

3.Cooling System:
The hydraulic system is equipped with a Chinese-brand radiator, which effectively controls the hydraulic oil's operating temperature. This prevents excessive oil temperature from causing system efficiency loss or failure due to prolonged, high-load operation, ensuring the equipment's continuous operational reliability.
4 Water Supply System:
The 400-liter water tank features pneumatic water supply. This is primarily used for cleaning the mixing drum and also cools the hydraulic system.
5.Control System:
• Dual joysticks at the rear allow for coordinated operation, allowing the operator to clearly observe the unloading process from both sides of the vehicle and easily control the speed and direction of loading and unloading, ensuring simple and effortless operation.
• Controls the mixing drum's rotation direction, ensuring forward rotation during feeding and transport, and reverse rotation during discharge.
• Controls the mixing drum's speed.
6.Air control box assembly
Integrates functions for tank forward and reverse rotation, water pump start and stop, and air intake and drainage.
