

HOWO 5 cubic meter concrete mixer truck adopts HOWO 2080 row and half cab, with a total mass of 16 tons and a wheelbase of 3800mm. It is equipped with a SINOTRUK MC05.18-40 180 horsepower engine and a HW90510C 10-speed gearbox. The upper mixing tank has a capacity of 5 cubic meters and is made of Q355 manganese steel. The tank body is 4mm and the head is 6mm. » Ⅳ. Work Principle:
The core of the system lies in the coordinated power transmission and fluid control. A Cummins 141-horsepower engine, after being regulated by a 6-speed transmission, drives a hydraulic pump through a power take-off (PTO). This mechanical energy is converted into high-pressure oil, which drives the hydraulic motor. A speed reducer then reduces speed and increases torque, driving the tank with stepless speed regulation from 0 to 12 rpm to mix the concrete.
The tank utilizes a Q355 manganese steel double-helical blade design. During transport, the tank rotates at a low speed (2-4 rpm) to ensure uniform concrete distribution. During discharge, it rotates at a high speed (8-12 rpm), coordinated with the tail control handle to adjust the angle of the discharge chute for efficient emptying. The pneumatic water supply system pressurize the water tank, sprays water at a flow rate of ≥50 L/min to prevent solidification. Combined with a 6mm-thick head and double-layer sealing strips, the residual rate is controlled to ≤0.5%.
