3. Tank Material Standards:
♦ The tank body must be made of high-quality corrosion-resistant materials. The default material is 5mm thick high-quality carbon steel, with stainless steel as an option.
♦ The carbon steel tank body can be fitted with a comprehensive anti-corrosion coating. The inner wall coating thickness is ≥200μm (epoxy resin or polyurethane material), which is acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant, and can withstand long-term contact with corrosive media such as sewage and sludge.
♦ The tank material undergoes material testing to ensure that its strength and toughness meet standards, preventing tank deformation and damage.
