Powerful and Reliable Chassis System
This fire truck utilizes the Sinotruk HOWO TX series 8x4 heavy-duty, specialized chassis, providing a solid foundation and powerful maneuverability.
• Drivetrain: 8x4 (four front and eight rear), 1800mm, 3050mm, and 1350mm wheelbase, offering strong load capacity and excellent driving performance, adaptable to a variety of complex road conditions.
• Engine: Equipped with the Sinotruk MC11.46-61 diesel engine, with a displacement of 10.52 liters and a maximum power of 460 horsepower. This engine is powerful, highly reliable, and meets Euro VI emission standards.
• Transmission: Equipped with the Sinotruk HW15710L manual transmission. This transmission is proven in operation, has a high torque capacity, and is a perfect match for the engine, providing stable and efficient power output.

Fully Functional Superstructure
The superstructure adopts a classic three-section "front-center-rear" design, resulting in a compact structure and clearly defined functional areas.
1. Front Equipment Box: Located behind the cab, it provides ample storage space for various onboard firefighting tools.
2. Center Tank: The core liquid storage area.
◇ Water Tank: Made of carbon steel, with a capacity of 16 cubic meters, it provides an ample water supply for long-term firefighting.
◇ Foam Tank: Made of stainless steel, with a capacity of 4 cubic meters, it is used to extinguish fires involving flammable liquids such as oils and chemicals.

3. Lower Equipment Box: Located underneath the tank, it offers high space utilization. It features an aluminum alloy rolling door that is easy to open and waterproof and dustproof. It houses various firefighting equipment:
◇ Demolition Tools: Fire Axe, Fire Hammer, Iron Collar, and Fire Shears.
◇ Emergency Tools: Fire Shovel, Fire Pickaxe, and Multi-Function Wrench. o Protective Equipment: Firefighting uniforms, air breathing apparatus.
◇ Auxiliary Equipment: Fire extinguishers, hose bridge guards, hose wraps, reducers, etc.
4. Aft Pump Room: Houses the "heart" of the fire truck—the CB10/100-XZ fire pump system.

Highly Efficient Core Fire Extinguishing System
The fire extinguishing system offers superior performance, capable of spraying both pure water and air foam, enabling a variety of firefighting tactics.
• Fire Pump: Equipped with a CB10/100-XZ vehicle-mounted fire pump, rated at 100 L/s @ 1.0 MPa, it features high outlet pressure and robust water supply capacity.
• Fire Monitor: A PL8/64 dual-purpose foam/water monitor is installed on the top of the tank.
◇ It can spray both powerful water jets and liquid foam. It offers a high flow rate (64 L/s), a long range (≥75 m for water, ≥70 m for foam), a concentrated jet, a high foaming ratio, and a large coverage area. It also features both blooming and direct flow capabilities. Pan and tilt locks ensure flexible operation, and the monitor can rotate horizontally and vertically.

• Foam Proportioning System: A built-in mechanical foam proportioning mixer allows for mixing foam in 3% or 6% proportions, ensuring easy operation and rapid response.
• Ffirefighting equipment (pump room):
◇ Water suction equipment: Water collector, water filter, water distributor.
◇ Water supply equipment: Water distributor, reducer.
◇ Spraying equipment: Multi-function fire hose, foam gun, water hose, etc.
» Ⅳ. Fire extinguishing principle:
● The HOWO 8x4 foam water fire truck's fire extinguishing principle is based on a dual mechanism of "cooling suppression + suffocation isolation." When dealing with solid fires, its CB10/100-XZ fire pump draws water from a 16-cubic-meter carbon steel water tank. A large stream of water is then sprayed through a PL8/64 fire monitor or water nozzle, rapidly absorbing heat and lowering the temperature of the burning material to below its ignition point, effectively cooling the fire.
● For liquid fires (such as oil), the foam liquid in a 4-cubic-meter stainless steel foam tank is mixed with water in a proportional ratio (3% or 6%) and sprayed through a fire monitor or foam nozzle, forming a foam layer that covers the burning surface. The water in the foam further cools the fire while simultaneously sealing off the air and oxygen supply, achieving a dual effect of suppressing the fire.
● The vehicle is also equipped with a water distributor and water collector, enabling flexible switching of water sources and multi-channel water supply, enhancing sustained firefighting capabilities and adapting to the demands of complex fire scenes.
