

The HOWO 6x4 22cbm rear loader garbage truck is modified based on the Sinotruk HW76 6x4 chassis. with a 4600+1350mm wheelbase and a Weichai WP10.340E22 engine and a Sinotruk HW19710 10-speed gearbox. The upper body is a 22cbm arc-shaped carbon steel compactor garbage box with anti-corrosion and rust-proof treatment. There is no flip mechanism at the rear, but there is a small platform for people to stand on to dump garbage. There are handrails on both sides of the filler and foldable pedals on the side. The loading and unloading of garbage on this vehicle is controlled by the CAN-BUS electronic control system, which is specifically controlled by the electronic control box in the cab, the manual hydraulic operating lever on the driver's side, and the tailgate electronic control box.

2. Driver-Side Manual Hydraulic Joystick
Retains traditional manual hydraulic control, supporting loader raise/lower, scraper lower/raise, slide plate up/down, dozer push/retract, and other actions. These controls can be manually controlled from the ground.
3. Tailgate Electronic Control Box
• Located on the left side of the tailgate, it integrates buttons for single/continuous cycle, scraper/slide plate linkage, automatic/manual mode switching, working lights, and emergency brake.
• Loader Lift Knob: Precisely controls the loader's opening and closing angle.
• The operator directly controls all loading and compression operations from the rear platform, allowing for easy observation and timely adjustments.

Ⅳ. Working Principle:
The HOWO 6×4 22-cubic-meter garbage compacting truck achieves efficient loading and unloading operations through the coordinated use of hydraulic drive and electronic control technology. During loading, engine power, via a power take-off, drives the hydraulic pump. High-pressure oil is distributed via a multi-way valve to the scraper and slide cylinders. The scraper deploys and descends with the slide, then rotates to scrape and compact the garbage. The slide ascends, pushing the garbage into the container. The push shovel retreats under the compressive force, achieving continuous loading. During unloading, the loader's lift cylinder raises the rear end, and the push shovel cylinder pushes the garbage horizontally, returning to its original position after unloading.
The electronic control system supports dual-position operation for both the cab and tailgate. The manual hydraulic operation is located on the driver's side. Combined with hydraulic overload protection and sealing design, this ensures safe and efficient operation, increasing single-trip transport volume by over 30% compared to traditional vehicles.
