

The HOWO 6X6 12cbm combined dredging vehicle is modified based on the Sinotruk HOWO 6x6 all-wheel drive chassis. It features a half-cab, 4300mm + 1400mm wheelbase, and is equipped with a Weichai WP10H400E62 Euro 6 400hp engine and an HW19710 10-speed transmission. The vehicle is equipped with a 10-cubic-meter wastewater tank and a 2-cubic-meter cleaning water tank, each with separate compartments.
Howo sewage suction vehicle is equipped with a hydraulic oil tank, a discharge valve, an SK-15 water circulation vacuum pump, a sewage suction and discharge pipe, a high-pressure cleaning pump, a high-pressure cleaning reel, a water vapor separator, an oil-gas separator, a liquid level view window, and a ladder.

Upper Body System:
The upper body is the core of the combined dredging vehicle, integrating a 12-cubic-meter tank and various specialized operating equipment.
• Tank Assembly:
o Total Capacity: 12 cubic meters.
o Separate Compartment Design: Utilizes a 10-cubic-meter wastewater tank + a 2-cubic-meter clean water tank. This design ensures strict separation of clean and dirty media. The clean water tank provides clean water for the high-pressure cleaning system, while the wastewater tank stores recovered waste. These separate compartments prevent interference between the two, significantly improving operational efficiency and convenience.

Core Operating Components:
1. Vacuum Suction System:
Core Equipment: Yifeng SK-15 water circulation vacuum pump. With a maximum suction capacity of 15 m³/min and a maximum vacuum of -0.093 MPa, this pump offers fast pumping speed, high vacuum, and the ability to tolerate small amounts of liquid, making it the key to efficient wastewater extraction.
Auxiliary Systems: Equipped with a water vapor separator and an oil-gas separator, these effectively separate moisture and oil mist from the suctioned air, protecting the vacuum pump and preventing environmental pollution.
Suction Pipeline: Equipped with large-diameter suction and discharge pipes for quick and reliable connection, ensuring efficient extraction.



2. High-Pressure Cleaning System:
Core Equipment: SYLT/SY90-56 high-pressure cleaning pump, with a flow rate of 350 L/min, generates extremely high-pressure water flow for cutting blockages and flushing pipe walls.
Operating Device: High-pressure cleaning reel, typically equipped with a high-pressure hose several dozen meters long and a specialized cleaning nozzle, offers flexible operation and can penetrate deep into pipes.
3. Hydraulic System:
Power Source: An independent hydraulic oil tank and hydraulic pump unit provide stable and reliable hydraulic power for the vacuum pump, reel, and other equipment.


4. Other Devices:
o Liquid Level Observation Device: Allows the operator to monitor the liquid level in the tank in real time to prevent overloading.
o Drain Valve: Provides for rapid and controlled discharge of wastewater from the tank.
o Ladder: A ladder is installed on the left side of the tank for easy access to the tank for inspection or maintenance.
o Operating Valve: Located on the driver's side and the tailgate, this valve manually controls the raising and lowering of the tank and the opening and closing of the tailgate.
▶Ⅳ. Working Principle:
When the HOWO 6X6 12cbm combined dredging vehicle is in operation, the vacuum pump first activates to create negative pressure. This suction pipe draws sewage and sludge from the pipeline or pit into the sewage tank. A water vapor separator prevents water from entering the pump, ensuring system stability. When the sewage tank is full or needs cleaning, the discharge valve opens to discharge the waste. During the high-pressure cleaning phase, the clean water tank supplies water to the high-pressure pump. After pressurization, a high-pressure water stream is sprayed through a reel hose, impacting the blockage and clearing the pipe. The vehicle's hydraulic system controls the coordinated operation of various components, while the 6X6 all-wheel drive chassis provides stable power support, ensuring efficient completion of integrated suction, drainage, and flushing operations in complex terrain, completing the entire pipeline maintenance process.
